Windows shows a SmartScreen warning - here is why
  1. Open the installer. No administrator password needed.
  2. If Windows says “Windows protected your PC”, click More info, then Run anyway.
  3. Sign in with your infioo account, or continue with Google.

The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows has not built a reputation for it. The certificate is on our list and the warning goes away once it is in place. Updates install on their own. If you would rather wait, infioo.ai works in any browser.

macOS asks you to approve the first launch - here is why
  1. Open INFIOO.dmg and drag INFIOO into Applications.
  2. Open it. macOS refuses the first time: go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
  3. Sign in with your infioo account, or continue with Google.

The app is not notarised by Apple yet, which needs a paid developer account we are setting up. Two honest consequences: that one approval, and the Mac app does not self-update — new versions are posted here. The workspace inside the window is always the live product, so your CRM is never out of date.
